These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and je772 ("je772", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the je772 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at je772.io and any related mobile or web interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the je772 Platform. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. je772 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings to provide an additional layer of protection. je772 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you become aware of any security breach relating to your account, you must notify je772 immediately at [email protected]. je772 will investigate and, where appropriate, take temporary protective measures including account suspension pending investigation.

Account Currency: All je772 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your account balance is displayed in BDT at all times. je772 does not charge currency conversion fees. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonus allocations are denominated in BDT.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is classified as dormant. je772 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after reasonable notice has been provided to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not cause your balance to fall below zero. Reactivation of a dormant account can be requested at any time by contacting [email protected].

Account Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting je772 support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Own Funds Only: All funds deposited into your je772 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. je772 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the account if third-party funding is detected.

No Money Laundering: je772 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. The Platform is not to be used as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity. je772 may request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your je772 account as bonus funds, which are held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on je772 are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 international fixtures, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). je772 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the published odds is reasonably apparent.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Odds for in-play markets change rapidly and reflect live conditions. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. je772 is not liable for bets delayed due to network connectivity issues on the player's side.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, je772 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid as a result of an error or malfunction are not valid and je772 reserves the right to recover such amounts from the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the je772 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register on your behalf;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or where access is prohibited by law;
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;

All content on the je772 Platform — including but not limited to the je772 brand name, logo, website design, graphical user interface, text, software, images, audio-visual content, game assets, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of je772 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and does not permit you to:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, cyber-attacks, or any circumstances beyond je772's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, network disruptions, or natural disasters);
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.

je772's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct loss arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their je772 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by je772's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

je772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against je772;
• Abusive behaviour directed at support staff;
• Any activity that je772 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, je772 will conduct an investigation. Funds in the account will be held pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part at je772's discretion, reflecting the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), je772 will process any remaining real-money balance for withdrawal after satisfying applicable checks, and will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from reopening an account during the self-exclusion period.

je772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, je772 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
